Germantown Porch, Deck & Patio

"We are extremely pleased with the unique design of our multi-level and fully functional outdoor living space.  The upper level screened porch is accentuated with a knotty cedar ceiling and blends so well with the original home that it is impossible to see that is is an addition.  The step down leads to an expansive Trex deck, with a custom grill island, featuring stone veneer and a granite countertop.  The inspired radius stairway leads to the stone patio.  The patio is bordered by a curved seat wall and is highlighted by stone piers, piers lanterns and a fire pit that serves as the center attraction.  The all stone walkway/terrace leads guests from the driveway  on the upper level, directly to the patio enterance adjacent to the deck.  The finishing touches include all deck and porch trim painted to match the home, along with the accent lights on the stairs, seat walls and rail posts.  The quality of the ProBuilt craftsmanship is superb!"
