"We couldn't be happier with our brand new 3-story deck and patio from ProBuilt.  We initially contacted ProBuilt because they are a

Trex Platinum builder.  The owner came to our home to meet with us, and we found him to be incredibly knowledgeable and seasoned. 

He did an excellent job of answering our questions and setting expectations, so we felt comfortable that we were moving forward

with an industry expert. We were beyond excited to see our vision come to life in the form of their impressive

3D graphics, which was an invaluable help to us during the design process.

 

During the construction phase we found the office to be communicative and helpful.  The site workers were courteous, and cleaned

up their work area regularly.  We felt that ProBuilt's electricians were excellent, and their mason did a fantastic job matching the

stonework to our front patio. Also, the site supervisor worked with care, seeming to take his craftsmanship to heart. 

 

At the end of our project, ProBuilt was quick to complete punch list items and make sure everything was the way we wanted.

The craftsmanship of the finished product is top notch, and we have received tons of compliments. Our new outdoor living space has

not only added value to our home, but also to our lifestyle, as we have been able to host family and friends in this beautiful space.

All in all, we are thrilled!"
