The Trex Company liked this project so much, they asked ProBuilt if they could feature it in their 2022 marketing! Located in the suburbs of Annapolis, Maryland, this home has the beautiful Magothy River of the Chesapeake Bay in its backyard. The outdoor space features a two-story Trex Transcend deck with a Trex spiral staircase coming down from the second story to the main level. Custom curved steps lead to the ground level that features an EP Henry patio with a built-in grill, wood burning fire pit, under deck storage, and even an outdoor shower. All three levels are perfect theater seats to fully enjoy the sunsets over the river year-round.
